Is it a surprise that eating home made foods on a regular basis is an integral part of recovering from chronic dis-ease? Cooking at least some percentage of your food has a definite impact on your health — or lack thereof.

With more than 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry and 7 more specifically cooking for private clients, I can say with confidence I have a real understanding of how to make elimination diets fun and interesting. I am an excellent therapeutic diets chef and my goal is for you never to feel deprived. Instead, I make food you LOVE! using whatever ingredient variety your diet allows at the moment 😉
Although I don’t have the capacity to cook for individual clients on a regular basis anymore, I am happy to serve you as your chef in other ways, including:
- Health and wellness retreat chef — menu development and/or implementation
- Recipe development for allergen-free meals and desserts
- Allergen-free event planning and cooking
- On-site kitchen setup and organization for optimal elimination diets cooking
- On-site and virtual cooking classes
My cooking expertise covers a wide spectrum:
- Gluten-free (always!)
- Allergen-free — dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, corn, sugar, fish, shellfish, nightshades, lectins, histamines and other specific ingredients.
- Vegan, vegetarian, raw and macrobiotic diets
- Paleo, AIP, GAPS, SCD, ketogenic and low FODMAPS diets
